An interesting opening clash occurred in the of the match too:

Granda Zuniga tried to oppose the risky bishop move at once but Morozevich was ready to it and answered
7. f3 Nh5! 8. e4 Qh4 9 Kd2 f5
and won further.
In the middle of the match Granda Zuniga caught the initiative and equalised 7:7. But in the last six games Morozevich gained 5 out of 6 and won with the total score 12:8.
